Are you an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys being the welcoming face of an organisation? We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist Administrator to join our team at the Waiapu Anglican Centre, located in a brand-new facility in central Napier.
This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday), offering variety, purpose, and the chance to contribute to a vibrant and diverse faith community.
As our Receptionist Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clergy, parish members, and visitors. Your warmth and professionalism will help create a positive and inclusive environment for all who engage with our organisation.
Alongside front-of-house duties, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our organisation through a wide range of administrative tasks.
