Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle customer enquiries, reservations, and walk-ins
- Answer phone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth guest flow
- Process payments (cash, credit card, e-payments) accurately
- Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and closing reports
- Handle refunds, voids, and discrepancies professionally
- Ensure compliance with company financial procedures
- Maintain customer records and booking systems
- Assist in basic reporting and documentation
- Support daily operational needs when required
