Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operations
- Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain schedules, records, and internal coordination
- Support basic accounting functions (invoicing, payment tracking, simple bookkeeping)
- Serve as the first point of contact at the reception counter
- Attend to walk‑in enquiries from parents and students
- Respond to queries via WhatsApp, phone, and email
- Build strong relationships and create a welcoming environment
- Open and prepare the premises for daily activities
- Ensure courts and facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use
- Assist with setup for trainings, events, and program
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Friendly, approachable, and customer‑oriented personality
