Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers to kiosk
- Verify customers' on appointment timing, providing assistant as required
- Direct customers to respective meeting rooms
- Provide assistance for basic enquiries from customers
- Ensure drop boxes of documents are cleared and documents are collected promptly
- Follow up with customers to collect documents
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of area at all times
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
