What will you do at our reception?
- Effectively manage bookings and check-ins/outs for guests.
- Provide telephone, online, and in-person assistance to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests during their stay, offering personalized attention.
- Share information and manage reservations for hotel services and local activities.
- Address and manage incidents and special requests from guests efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Monitor and track guest billing.
What are we asking for?
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education related to Tourism.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service (experience in the hotel sector is a plus).
