RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced RECEPTIONIST for a growing national concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
MUST BE ABLE TO START JANUARY 2026!
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualification/s.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Person must be able to speak, read and write in English fluently.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
+5 yrs working experience as a Receptionist / Administrator in a Manufacturing industry!
Full switchboard.
Stationery ordering.
IT related queries.
Arranging of courier services.
Telephone contract services.
Vehicle management (licensing, logbooks, E-Tolls, Netstar, fines and diesel / petrol purchases).
Arrange accommodation for installation teams/staff members.
Book flights when needed for the installation team/staff members.
