Receptionist
First impressions are everything! As a Receptionist you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
What you will be doing- Greet check-in respond to requests while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-selling
- Should have min. 1 years of experience as Receptionist for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
- Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German / Russian / French languages would be a Plus
- Prior experience working with Opera is Mandatory
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
