**What will you actually be doing as Receptionist?**
**Responsibilities include:**
• Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate associate; taking accurate messages and forwarding them via email when necessary
• Greeting and assisting visitors upon arrival; notifying the appropriate staff member and issuing visitor badges
• Ordering, setting up, and breaking down daily lunches for company employees
• Assisting with various clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, collating, and supporting HR and other departments with special projects as needed
