Job Description
- Responsible for welcoming all visitors, patients, and callers to the facility and create a professional and friendly image for the clinic.
- Book appointments for patients.
- Upon completion of treatment, release patients by dispensing prescription, collecting appropriate payments, and scheduling for the next appointments.
- Perform cashiering tasks for the submission of CHAS, Medisave, and other
- Submit insurance claims through the appropriate channels.
- To enter all treatment charges and sales of dental items in Plato system
- Responsible for updating patient data and providing reminders for Dental therapy.
- Prepare, handle, and monitor the cases delivered to and received from the laboratory(s)
- To keep the clinic clean and neat at all times.
- Other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager.
