Computer literacy in MS Office
Professional and well groomed
Experience in :
Answering switchboard and screening of calls
Dealing with parcels, deliveries and visitors in the reception area
Typing of letters, general correspondence, memo's on MS Word
Capture sales prices and quotes on Excel
Able to work Mon to Friday 8 to 5
