- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of front desk operations, including check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests.
- Inform the Front Office manager and supervisor of any guest or departmental feedback.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
- Fully understand room categories, rate types, packages, promotions, and other products necessary for daily duties.
- Maximize room occupancy and use proactive sales techniques to promote the hotel’s services and facilities.
