A well-regarded international law firm with a strong focus on private capital is seeking a Receptionist for its Hong Kong office. This is a key front-of-house role within a professional and collegiate environment, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and efficient front-of-house service to clients and visitors, managing meeting room bookings, preparing refreshments, handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier arrangements, coordinating with the Office Manager on stationery and kitchen supplies, supporting onboarding and offboarding administration, coordinating internal and external events, and providing general administrative support as required.
