Location: Owen Sound, Ontario. Type: In the Office.
We are looking for an administrative professional who is highly motivated with a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate will be someone who is experienced at successfully managing internal and external customer expectations, while providing clerical and accounting support to our finance team.
Nature & Scope
- Receive and effectively handle telephone calls and office visitors
- Effective communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Accountable for the shipments of interoffice, regular mail and Purolator mail for the Owen Sound Branch
- Pre-process employee expense reports using the factoring method for GST/HST/QST
- Complete office filing, shipping and receiving
- Complete bank deposits
- Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
