About the Role
We are currently partnering with a large public-sector organisation to recruit for an experienced Records / Information Services Officer for an initial six-month contract. This role sits within a high-volume Information Services environment and will suit candidates with strong management records, customer service, and TRIM experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage Road Planning and Referral Services, including planning and development applications and subdivisions Monitor and action a shared planning inbox Provide front-of-house records and customer service support, including reception enquiries Process incoming and outgoing mail, document scanning, quality control, and floor clearances Classify, index, and maintain correspondence and files Create and maintain files (virtual and hard copy), including bulk file and volume creation Conduct file censuses and barcode audits Process searc...
