Support Clients on Their Recovery Journey – Join Our Team!

As an Integrated Care Pathways (ICP) Recovery Coordinator Level 1 , you’ll partner with providers to support our clients and their whānau throughout their recovery journey. Whether connecting by phone, email, or virtual face-to-face, you’ll help people move forward and make meaningful progress towards their goals.
You’ll either manage a caseload of complex claims requiring specialised support or work flexibly across a centralised queue.
ICP brings a new approach to case management for clients with musculoskeletal injuries (lower back, shoulder, or knee) that may require surgery. In this role, you’ll work closely with providers and support them as more collaborative ways of working are introduced.
