- Monitor recovery performance and ensure collection targets are met.
- Supervise and guide junior recovery executives and collection agents.
- Review aging reports and prioritize recovery actions.
- Coordinate with legal teams for escalated recovery cases when necessary.
- Conduct field visits for critical delinquent accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities, customer commitments, and payment statuses.
