Recovery Support Navigator - Connect2Recovery

Recovery Support Navigators provide case management and system navigation supports to eligible Mass Health clients struggling with a diagnosis of substance use disorder and/or co-occurring mental health disorders. The purpose of RSN services is to engage people as they present in the treatment system and support them in accessing treatment services, community resources, and recovery-supported peer/social supports. In addition, the RSN will assist the person in identifying and working through system barriers to recovery.
Responsibilities include:
+ Provides information about, and facilitate access to, community and recovery supports, including supports for families
+ Supports the person served to achieve their own unique pathway of recovery, which may include harm reduction app...
