Recovery Worker Haringey

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated  Recovery Worker to join a dedicated team. This role involves working closely with individuals affected by substance misuse and mental health challenges, helping them on their journey towards recovery and independence. You will provide tailored support, deliver interventions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for service users.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify service users' needs, strengths, and goals.
• Developing and implementing person-centred recovery plans.
• Providing one-to-one and group-based therapeutic interventions.
• Supporting harm reduction strategies, including safe use education and relapse prevention techniques.
