Summary About the position: This position will be assigned to Outdoor Recreation at Mountain Home AFB, ID. This is a Regular Part Time position with 20 guaranteed hours, however may work up to 40 hours per week. This position does offer benefits, to include Health/Dental and Life Insurance, 401K and NAF retirement. Responsibilities Program Support: Leads and assists in executing outdoor recreation trips and instructional classes. Coordinates operations across multiple functional areas; including resale, marina activities, equipment rental, trips, and events ensuring safe and effective execution. Provides guidance during on and off-site programs and special events. Administrative Support: Provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Recreation Specialist. Assists in drafting detailed itineraries and developing lesson plans. Manages patron reservations, maintains accurate attendance records, and generates post-trip after-action reports.
