Job Description

A Four-Star Hotel in the Upper West Region is looking for a full-time Recreation Coordinator to develop, coordinate, schedule, implement, supervise and evaluate a variety of recreational programs, activities, and special events. The ideal individual should be able to modify programs, based on the skills and abilities of the participants. They should be energetic and able to work with recreation staff to provide a great guest experience. The perfect candidate should have a passion for delivering high quality experiences to guests, the outdoors and the service industry.




KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Facilitate activities of recreational programs

  • Develop activities for both children and adults

  • Promote and publicize recreation programs

  • Perform head lifeguard duties and supervise the swimming pool

  • Teach swimming lessons
