CFMWS – where purpose meets passion. In partnership with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and partner nations, the Recreation Coordinator will deploy to a six‑month operational base and coordinate recreation programs, activities, and services for military personnel in an austere environment.
Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver recreational activities, excursions, outings, and events that enhance morale and maintain physical and mental readiness of deployed personnel.• Brief CAF staff on recreation policies, directives, and procedures.• Manage participant registration and attendance tracking, maintain event calendars, and oversee activity scheduling.• Coordinate on‑site event execution, including set up and tear down, and ensure the enforcement of safety briefings and risk‑management practices.• Provide recreational information on local attractions, travel safety, customs, currency, and language to clients.• Oversee recreation clubs and volunte...
