The Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates, while also building relationships with, collaborating, and communicating with hiring managers and department leadership. This role reports into the HR Manager, APAC.
Main Duties: What You Get to Do
Responsible for full-time and temporary-to-hire recruiting for positions across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region with a high focus of roles located in Japan.
Oversee the entire candidate lifecycle process from job posting to initial screening, interview preparation, testing, and offer acceptance.
