About the Role
Dandy is hiring an experienced Recruiter to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The recruiting team owns all the end-to-end hiring processes, candidate experience and hiring manager relationships. In this role, you’ll be our second recruiter in EMEA, and will need to deliver exceptional candidate experience across the Commercial business (mainly Post-Sales, CX, Training, Marketing and Ops positions - but potentially some high-volume Sales roles as well) as we expand in the region. What You'll Do
- Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team by providing strategic talent mapping, compensation advice, market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to improve the efficiency of the funnel - especially as we think about expanding into brand new markets
