Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers across CRIF Asia to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
- Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with hiring managers, HR partners, and external recruitment agencies across different CRIF Asia offices. Ensure timely updates and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.
