Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for overseas projects across construction, MEP, logistics, hospitality, oil & gas, facility management and professional roles
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, documentation and mobilization
- Conduct preliminary interviews and trade screening (where applicable)
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS
- Coordinate with clients, project managers and internal operations teams on manpower requirements
- Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment regulations, visa processes and documentation standards
- Support bulk hiring drives, trade tests and client interviews (virtual and onsite)
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers and daily/weekly MIS
- Build and manage candidate pipelines across India, Asia, Africa and other sourcing regions
