Position Overview: Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified Journeyman Electricians to meet the needs of our operations. Collaborate closely with the Electrical Operations Team on labor forecasting, manage third-party agency partnerships, and work alongside the marketing team to develop effective recruitment campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of the electrical trade, a passion for recruiting, and the ability to work strategically across departments to ensure a continuous pipeline of skilled electricians.
