Talent & Business Manager – Aerospace | French C1
We are looking for a Business Manager to join the ALTEN Delivery Centre, with the objective of developing and managing nearshore services from Spain for international ALTEN Group clients.
The person will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, coordinating needs with internal clients, following up on delivery teams, and working closely with recruitment to ensure the right technical profiles are identified and onboarded.
Main Responsibilities
* Business development with internal and international ALTEN clients.
* Management and follow-up of nearshore services from Spain.
* Coordination with recruitment for the identification, validation and follow-up of candidates.
* Interaction with international managers and stakeholders.
* Follow-up of margins, staffing, service quality and client satisfaction.
* Support in the preparation of proposals, presentations and pre-sales activities.
