We are looking for Junior and Senior Recruiters who will support end-to-end hiring for construction, engineering, technical positions, and client/account management. This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction, engineering, and technical roles (e.g., civil engineers, project managers, QA/QC, architects, site supervisors, technical specialists).
- Account management.
- Conduct sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and industry channels.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, experience, and culture alignment.
