- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Manage job postings and recruitment channels
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Negotiate offers and assist in the onboarding process
Qualifications
- At least a High School graduate
- Background in recruiting or talent acquisition (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
