Responsibilities
- Source candidates — find people through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc.
- Review resumes & applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings/interviews (phone, video, or in-person).
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Help with onboarding new hires (paperwork, orientation).
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration , or any related course
