About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter to own the hiring process end-to-end — from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
This is not just a scheduling or coordination role.
You will be responsible for:
- Building strong candidate pipelines
- Engaging and evaluating top talent
- Managing hiring workflows
- Advising hiring managers
- Driving fast, high-quality hiring outcomes
You’ll work closely with:

- HR teams
- Leadership
- Candidates across multiple industries and functions
