Overview of tasks:
- Pre-selection of candidates via phone and online job interviews
- Conducting and reviewing candidate assessments
- Communication with candidates from application until hire
- Participation in job fairs and events
- Processing hiring documents
- Data acquisition and regular maintenance of candidate database
- Close cooperation with managers and co-workers
