- Full recruitment cycle for IT roles (Developers, NetworkEngineers, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Support, Project Managers, etc.)
- Proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, cold calling, portals and networking
- Screening, interviewing and closing candidates
- Building strong talent pipelines
