Key Responsibilities
- Post and manage job openings across different recruitment platforms
- Review and screen resumes to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial pre-screening interviews
- Coordinate technical assessments when required
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
- Support reference and background check processes
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team
