About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. You’ll play a key role in building strong retail teams by hiring top talent across hourly and supervisor roles.
This position owns the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing to offer—while using modern tools and data-driven strategies to deliver results.
What You’ll Do
- Manage 10–14+ open roles in a high-volume environment
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social media
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and decisions
- Extend offers and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support onboarding and new hire readiness
- Track recruiting metrics and drive process improvements
