Role Overview
We are building a high-performance recruitment team to support large-scale hiring projects across Southeast Asia, especially in data center, infrastructure, and tech sectors.
This role is not a coordinator — it is a full‑cycle, revenue‑generating recruitment role with strong ownership in candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and deal closing.
Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Ownership- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing – screening – interview coordination – offer negotiation – closing
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across tech and infrastructure domains
- Deliver high-quality candidates under tight timelines
- Execute high-volume recruitment projects (especially data center / infra hiring)
- Handle parallel requisitions efficiently (10–30+ roles simultaneously)
