We’re seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our growing HR team and play a key role in shaping our workforce. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across administrative and production roles while supporting a smooth, positive onboarding experience for new employees.
What You’ll Do
- Develop & update job postings, announcements & ads for internal & external staffing needs
- Conducting phone screenings, interviews & plant tours with external candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both administrative and production positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding support
- Discuss outcomes and staffing decisions with interested internal candidates
- Coordinate post offer and fit for duty Physical Capacity Profile testing
