Our Client, a Retail and Departmental Stores company, is looking for a Recruiter for their Plano, TX/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver a strong candidate experience from sourcing through offer.

+ Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings

+ Partner with hiring managers on intake, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy

+ Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates

+ Maintain accurate records and workflow in the ATS

+ Support offer process and hiring decisions

+ Help meet recruiting demand with speed, quality, and strong execution

Requirements:

+ Please ensure that all submitted candidates have relevant retail experience, as profiles without this will not be considered.

+ 3–5+ years of recruiting experience
