Job Opening: ABA Recruiter
Location: South Africa - Remote (US Hours - 9am - 5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and recruit qualified ABA professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff .
- Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking groups, and industry platforms , rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening calls, and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate the recruitment process with hiring managers and clinical leadership.
- Track candidates and manage recruitment pipelines using the company’s applicant tracking system.
