About Liom
Liom is a Swiss health-tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the field of personalized health monitoring. Our objective is to develop the first health wearable monitoring glucose non-invasively. We will launch our wearable as a consumer product in Europe and the US in 2028. Our team consists of over 35 staff, with deep expertise in entrepreneurship, product development, and the required engineering as well as scientific disciplines. We are operating out of our lab facilities in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland
Your mission
- Own end-to-end recruiting for Liom as we ramp up toward major hiring needs in 2026, building a strong pipeline across technical and non-technical roles, and closing exceptional talent
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, hiring plans, and selection criteria
