We seek an energetic and responsible Recruiting Analyst to join our Supply Operations team at HOKALI.
In this position, you will be expected to contribute recruiting our After School Program Educators across the US.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities for high-volume, US-based roles, including managing candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer generation.
- Proactively source and maintain a dedicated talent pipeline for Educator positions , ensuring a pool of qualified candidates is available to meet ongoing and future hiring demands.
- Conduct and coordinate initial screening and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, alignment with company culture, and adherence to safety/quality compliance standards.
