Silva-Lining HR is looking for a dedicated Recruiting Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels and platforms.
- Screen and evaluate resumes to match candidate qualifications with job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their specific recruitment needs.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
