This individual will be responsible for handling large candidate pipelines, conducting a high number of interviews daily, and ensuring a seamless hiring process for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can recruit across diverse and customized roles —including but not limited to technical, healthcare, operations, and other specialized positions— while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
