Job Description
Location: Vancouver Canada, Hybrid schedule Tues/Wed/Thurs in office
Pay Rate: $28 - 33/hr CAD
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting coordination, specifically supporting remote teams or multi-national organizations.
- Regional Expertise: Deep familiarity with North American hiring logistics, including time zone management.
- Technical Expert: Power-user status in modern ATS platforms and advanced scheduling tools (Greenhouse, Calendly).
- Reliability: You are known for zero-error execution. In a high-volume remote support setting, your attention to detail is the team's greatest asset.
- Communication: Ability to communicate with speed, clarity, and empathy via Slack, maintaining a strong team connection across borders.
