The ideal candidate is professional, customer service driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and applications daily through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify qualified candidates
- Assist on phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, availability, and fit for open positions
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview, hiring, and onboarding process to ensure engagement and a positive experience
- Assist on coordinating interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
