We are looking for an intern to join our Talent Department and support the team in tasks related to recruitment and people management. You will participate in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
General responsibilities
- Posting job offers on job sites and managing applications.
- Active search of candidates through LinkedIn.
- CV screening and candidate preselection.
- Conducting phone interviews.
- Preparing reports with feedback from phone interviews.
- Participating in face‑to‑face interviews with the Talent team.
- Supporting the preparation of salary offers.
- Assisting in employee onboarding processes.
- Managing and updating information in the internal ERP.
