Strengthen district alignment to support recruiting, hiring and retention initiatives by ensuring our stores are enabled to hire candidates faster. Coordinate the training and development of all store employees in accordance with division, company and government policies/procedures. Manage turnover and retention. Support all store associates with business retention initiatives and Customer 1st strategies.
