Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As a Recruiting Specialist, you will execute the hourly staffing strategy to ensure locations have the appropriate staff to meet business objectives and increase employee engagement.
What You’ll Do
+ Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to move candidates through the hiring process
+ Provide daily work progress updates to the Team Lead
+ Follow best practices in communication, hiring, and processes to achieve staffing goals
+ Maintain confidentiality with all candidate records and information
+ Update communication and documentation within the ATS
+ Ensure applications are complete and candidates follow the correct hiring process in the ATS
