What will you do?
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Delivery Consultants to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, one-to-one meetings, and development planning sessions.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards.
