Job Description
A Recruitment Supervisor oversees a team of recruiters, managing the full recruitment life cycle for clients, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring. This role requires proven experience working within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment , ensuring alignment with client-specific needs, service-level agreements (SLAs), and recruitment strategies.
The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high standards of candidate experience, achieving recruitment targets, and providing leadership and coaching to their team to optimize recruitment efficiency in a fast-paced, client-driven RPO setting.
